A UV disinfection device that thoroughly pursues maintainability and energy efficiency.
There are two types of ultraviolet disinfection devices: the internal illumination UV disinfection device, which has a UV lamp inserted into a protective tube that is immersed in the treated water, and the external illumination UV disinfection device, which passes treated water through a flow pipe and places UV lamps around it to irradiate the water. The internal illumination UV disinfection device, in addition to the conventional quartz glass protective tube, uses fluororesin for the protective tube material, making it less prone to dirt accumulation, thus eliminating the need for moving parts like automatic cleaning devices. This, combined with the lightweight nature of fluororesin compared to quartz glass, has improved maintenance. The external illumination UV disinfection device, using fluororesin for the flow pipe material, is also less prone to dirt accumulation, and since the treated water and UV lamp are completely isolated, there is no risk of harmful substances or foreign materials such as debris contaminating the treated water. Company information
Our company is focusing not only on power and electrical equipment and manufacturing production facilities that we have traditionally handled, but also on the sales of renewable energy-related systems such as solar and small hydroelectric power generation, as well as various energy-saving systems. On the other hand, as a manufacturer, we produce and sell ultraviolet application devices that achieve advanced water treatment, and we also produce and supply highly reliable automotive parts such as air brake piping and fuel resin piping systems. In terms of international business, we established local subsidiaries early on in Thailand, Singapore, and China, steadily growing by focusing on supplying manufacturing equipment and related facilities for Japanese companies expanding overseas. We are also looking to expand our business foundation by considering partnerships and establishing bases in other major Asian markets.
