Sand casting and surface treatment
Our company is located in Suzaka City, on the eastern side of the Chikuma River, at the entrance to the Sugadaira Highlands. From the mid-Meiji period to the early Showa period, it prospered in the silk industry and had interactions with Eiichi Shibusawa, known as the father of Japanese capitalism. Before the war, Mr. Masaru Ibuka (co-founder of Sony) was present at the evacuation factory that was a predecessor of Fujitsu. After the war, it flourished as a town centered around electronics, particularly Fujitsu. Additionally, during the recession of the Taisho era, the Garyu Pond was designed by Mr. Seiroku Honda, and cherry blossom trees line the area, with remnants of the silk industry still visible in the town's warehouses. Since our founding, we have built our technology starting with parts for speed sprayers, oil pumps for container trucks, prototypes for automobiles, and components for construction machinery and industry. We will also apply this technology to medical devices. In the past, we have experience in mold making, low-pressure casting, and full mold processes. Currently, through collaboration and cooperation with other companies in the same industry, we accept orders for 3D data processing and finished parts. We aim to enhance our technical capabilities in data processing, combining 3D layering with sand molds, and improving precision and complex products, with the goal of further development through business and technical succession to the third generation. We will build happiness for the region, society, and our employees through enjoyable manufacturing.
