Our company was founded in 1982 and has internalized the entire process from the design and manufacturing of molds and tools to die casting and MC/NC processing as a comprehensive manufacturer of die casting. The environment surrounding society and customer needs are changing with the times. Mech, which handles all processes of die casting product manufacturing, possesses the personnel, know-how, and track record necessary to consider optimal process design. Based on the design drawings provided by our customers, the personnel in charge of molds, forming, and processing discuss how to realize the product specifications (shape, characteristics) in each process and assemble a process that ensures low cost and high quality with stable supply.
