A frame-less, new type of FIX window for clean panels.
This is a full flat FIX window that eliminates the frame, aligns the thickness of the clean panel surface with the glass surface, and thoroughly removes unnecessary unevenness. It is a FIX window designed with GMP in mind for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, pursuing ease of cleaning by thoroughly eliminating unnecessary unevenness. By completely removing the window frame itself, it eliminates the hassle of regularly cleaning and removing dust and powder that accumulates in the thickness of the frame. Additionally, by using multilayer glass that has almost the same thickness as the wall panel for the surface panel, there is no step difference between the surface panel and the window frame. It is compatible with clean panels from some manufacturers that are 36mm to 44mm and 50mm, and as long as the fitting material (concave shape) of the compatible manufacturer's clean panel is around the opening, it can be easily installed using the included mounting hardware (caulking work is required). *For more details, please refer to the materials.
