Tension/Compression Type Dual Ended Thread Waterproof Load Cell UIS/UNN
Waterproof Load Cell "UIS/UNN"
A waterproof load cell with a double-end screw type that has a small impact on accuracy due to lateral loads and is easy to install.
The "load cell" is convenient for measuring weight and force, with numerous achievements in applications such as measuring the load of press machines and tank weights. A new female screw type "UNN" load cell has been introduced with a double-ended screw design! Both UIS and UNN can measure both tension and compression. Like the UIS, it reduces the impact of twisting and lateral loads on accuracy, allowing for precise measurement of only tension and compression loads. The double-ended female screw structure makes it shorter in overall length than the UIS, enabling more compact equipment. **Features of the female screw type "UNN":** - When attached to a robotic hand, it can accurately measure pushing and pulling forces without being affected by the weight of the clamping part. - It allows for the construction of press machines without guides, reducing the number of components in the equipment. - Capacities of 1kN, 2kN, and 5kN are now available for sale, with 10kN and 20kN planned for future release! *The video shows how to install the double-ended screw type load cell "UIS." *For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Company information
Unipulse Corporation is a sensor manufacturer. We develop a wide range of products using various technologies, including digital indicators for optimal load application in press-fitting and crimping, capacitive non-contact displacement meters, spindle clamping force measuring devices, small-diameter tool gripping force gauges, and rotating torque meters. In particular, the UTM series of rotating torque meters has become the standard for shaft-type torque measurement and is used in many development and manufacturing sites. In recent years, we have internalized the production of strain gauges and are manufacturing load cells and multi-force gauges in-house. Our subsidiary, Robotech, develops and sells products such as Uniservo (electric torque actuators) and Moonlifter (electric balancers). Notably, the electric balancer, which constantly detects force and position using load sensors and servo motors, allows for the movement of heavy objects with the sensitivity of human hands. We have received much positive feedback due to its unprecedented ease of use. Moving forward, the Unipulse Group will continue to prioritize research and development, delivering products that are first in Japan and the world.
