It delivers up to 26 TOPS of AI computing power, making it ideal for edge AI applications. It features Mini HDMI, 8GB LPDDR4 memory, 32–256GB eMMC, Micro SD, and optional ODM capabilities for MIPI-CSI camera input. The Mini-NXPHAI03 includes industrial-grade I/O interfaces such as 2 x GbE LAN, 1 x USB 3.0 Type A, 1 x USB 3.0 Type C, and 1 x RS485 with DI/DO, along with a wide power input range of 9–24V, ensuring compatibility with demanding environments. ODM-compatible systems with integrated camera modules are also available.
