Development of "powdered solid resol-type resin" with high moisture absorption suppression and anti-agglomeration properties.
Compared to powdered novolak resin, the amount of ammonia generated during curing is reduced to 1/20! Compounding with various fillers is possible!
At Lignite Corporation, we have successfully powdered resol-type phenolic resin, which possesses thermal self-curing properties, without adding hexamine (a curing agent), a major cause of odor generation. The content of toxic and hazardous substances such as phenol and formaldehyde is below regulatory limits and is not applicable. It can be compounded with various fillers. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Features】 ■ Powdering of resol resin ■ Compared to novolac resin, ammonia generation is reduced to about 1/20 ■ High moisture absorption suppression, anti-agglomeration, and anti-blocking properties ■ Resin properties: Gel time (around 50 seconds), softening point (over 105°C), flow (around 20mm) ■ Bending strength is equivalent *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
