A case study of creating an emotionally rich mobility space in the era of autonomous driving!
We would like to introduce a case where we collaborated with Kyocera Corporation to develop the GUI and software for Kyocera's envisioned future concept car, "Moeye." Our company was responsible for the development and implementation of control software that enables the integrated control of multiple devices provided by the company, the UI design of the dashboard expected to deliver visual effects, and the GUI software that coordinates the operation of multiple devices connected to the in-car network. We collaboratively developed various software based on the concept and requirements proposed by the company, creating a rich sensory mobile space for the era of autonomous driving. [Case Overview] - GUI software that enhances the in-car space using glasses-free stereoscopic vision, tactile feedback "HAPTIVITY," LED lighting "CERAPHIC," sound, and aroma diffusers, as well as control software that enables the coordinated operation of all these devices connected to the in-car network, developed collaboratively based on the concept and requirements. - Information structure design that leverages the "depth" unique to stereoscopic vision. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

We aim to develop products and services with high UX through design consulting that generates ideas and designs using a human-centered design approach, and engineering that can realize (PoC, development, implementation) those designs. In product and service development, the challenges of what kind of system should be built and what kind of services should be provided can only be properly addressed through business design and planning, which are upstream processes beyond idea generation and requirement definition. To achieve this, the collaboration of both engineers and designers is essential. By having designers and engineers work together from the very beginning phases to design business and user experiences, we can create products that are user-friendly and functionally adequate, thus developing products that balance user experience and functionality. To realize this, our company focuses on having designers and engineers work as one team, rather than in separate roles, to pursue the creation of user-friendly products.
