The TPI is announced company-wide at a fixed time each year and is implemented in three phases. Representatives from each business site create a roster, and after a two-week input period, the results are generated, returned, and distributed to each individual. Additionally, to avoid misinterpretation, weekly briefing sessions are held in conjunction with the regular implementation, and participants have expressed that "listening to the explanation deepened their understanding," leading to a renewed recognition of the significance of the TPI.
