We will use a line configured with two hot melt and T-dies in series. As a result, we can manufacture a laminated filter consisting of a total of seven layers: four sheet layers and three resin layers. The width can accommodate an unusual range of 1.5 to 2.0 meters in the industry. The sheet layers can be made from a variety of materials, including fiber fabric, non-woven fabric, resin sheets, paper, and metal foils, as long as they can be rolled. The resin layers will consist of hot melt, polyester, and olefin. At the material stage, it is also possible to add functions such as fillers, antibacterial properties, flame retardancy, antiviral properties, and water repellency. The products will generally be in a roll-up form, but we can also provide cut sheets, for example, in a flat form every 1 meter. Additionally, slitting before winding is possible, allowing for configurations such as 1 meter wide with 3 to 4 rows. We can also discuss options for pleating or rolling for insertion into cartridges. The combination of sheet and resin layers and the functions to be added can be freely designed according to the customer's needs, allowing for flexible design based on application and functionality. We can produce laminated filters that integrate functions such as soundproofing, thermal insulation, heat shielding, shock absorption, ventilation, moisture permeability, water resistance, anti-slip, non-stick, insulation, water repellency, and antibacterial properties.
