Is the displayed accuracy different from the actual accuracy? Let me tell you the true filtration accuracy of the wire mesh!
The filtration accuracy of woven wire mesh is virtually non-existent in JIS standards, and the display methods vary by manufacturer. Even if a product claims "filtration accuracy of 10μ," it does not necessarily mean that it can filter out 100% of foreign particles at 10μ. Questions such as "How much of the 10μ particles are actually filtered?" and "What about 9μ or 12μ?" were challenges that needed to be addressed. [Case Study] <Examples of Displays from Various Companies (for 2400 MESH)> ■ Company A: Reference value for filtered particles 5μ ■ Company B: Nominal filtration accuracy 8μ Our company has used HIAC (liquid particle counter) to quantify the actual filtration accuracy and repair rate. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Solution】 The results of measuring the original water, which was dissolved with test dust ranging from 1μ to 120μ in ultra-pure water, and the filtered liquid obtained by filtering this original water through a metal mesh using HIAC, revealed that there is a distribution in the actual filtration. We provide filtration distribution data through graphs, such as those for Yao metal mesh: 2400 MESH, repair efficiency: 90% for 12μ, 70% for 10μ, and 50% for 9μ, allowing you to confirm reliable values that we have measured. You can efficiently select the filter you want to use, and based on the results, we can propose the most suitable metal mesh for our customers. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
