We proposed a saw blade optimized for the angle and shape specifically for cardboard. The pitch of the blade was set to a balanced intermediate setting, ensuring that the blade does not penetrate too deeply into the cardboard and cuts smoothly. Additionally, we optimized the angle of the blade for smooth cutting through front and back movement using a cylinder. As a result, we were able to contribute to improved cutting efficiency and durability.
