The SIS Vision developed by Germany's Roland company is a dedicated device for detecting defects in tire steel wire cord materials. This device uses magnetic detection principles to continuously inspect the condition of abnormal parts and splice parts of the steel wire cord material during the tire manufacturing process and outputs that information. Using up to 16 sensors, it detects issues such as wire pull-out, overlapping, and misalignment with a maximum inspection effective width of 1120mm, and determines normal and abnormal splice parts based on pre-input data, outputting the results externally. *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog!
