Easy Temperature Control Temperature regulation is easy with control sensors installed on the outlet pipe. Each immersion heating element features a 2.5-inch square flange for easy replacement. The elements consist of a corrosion-resistant Incoloy 800 sheath and nickel-chromium resistance wire encapsulated in magnesium oxide powder, designed in a U-tube structure. Easy Replacement Heating elements with individual flanges in a U-tube design reduce downtime during element replacement. Easy Installation Easily passes through many existing inlets and outlets, making it ideal for new boiler installations or retrofitting existing equipment. Variable Voltage Rating Compatible with up to 600V and a maximum of 720kW. Saves floor space and eliminates the need for horizontal space when removing heating elements.
