The manufacturing method is patented (Patent No. 6041432), streamlining the processes of printing, lamination, die-cutting, and finishing. - Functional Benefits Enhanced Resilience: By laminating different materials on the pop-up section, the resilience strength is higher than that of a standalone seal. Clean Adhesive Surface: The adhesive surface is completely suppressed, preventing stickiness and dirt. Design Flexibility: A wide variety of laminating materials are available, allowing for proposals tailored to the usage environment. Delivery Flexibility: Simplification of processes allows for flexible delivery responses. - Environmental Considerations Recycled Material Compatibility: Up to 80% recycled PET material can be used. Recycled materials can also be used for laminating materials. Biomass Compatibility: Inks and adhesives containing over 10% plant-derived raw materials. Specifications that can use the biomass mark are available. Thin Substrate: The thickness of the tack substrate is reduced to lessen environmental impact. Tests are conducted to maintain functionality such as abrasion resistance. Plastic Reduction Compatibility: Tack paper made from paper substrates allows for plastic reduction specifications. - Quality Control Full Inspection Capability: Inline inspection devices are installed on major printing machines. Hygiene and Foreign Matter Prevention Measures: Insect and dust prevention through positive pressure settings. Air showers are installed, and strict adherence to on-site rules is enforced.
