We would like to introduce a case where our PLC motion controller "PLMC-M II EX/M3EX" was used to control this machine and the robot collectively. Traditionally, our customer purchased completed robots from various robot manufacturers and combined them for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. However, they faced issues such as "high costs" and "lack of flexibility," and were looking for a motion controller manufacturer to take charge of robot control while in-house manufacturing the robot mechanisms. Tekno introduced a mechanism suited to the robot structure into our product. This made it easy to achieve advanced motion control such as force control, complete synchronization control, and robot mechanism calculations.
