With the introduction of the one-board motion controller "SLM4000," we would like to present a case where dedicated tasks were achieved using a tabletop mounting machine. By automating tasks that require a person to sit and work, it is necessary to achieve labor savings, cost reduction, increased productivity, and improved quality. This required dedicated functions and robot control to enable machines like tabletop robots to perform specialized tasks. The introduction of this product allowed for easy and standardized control of axes, I/O, and displays (man-machine interface) all at once.
