We would like to introduce a case study of the air index cylinder "MDF series" that we handle. We observed that the structure with shafts protruding on both sides posed significant constraints in terms of interference with other components, cable wiring, and securing maintenance space. By eliminating the shaft on the unused side and shortening the overall length, the MDF main body was miniaturized, allowing the product to be smoothly accommodated in narrow spaces where integration had previously been difficult.
