We are a development-oriented manufacturer of mechanical component parts headquartered in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture. We believe that the transmission of rotational or linear power through the engagement of cycloidal curve tooth profiles and rolling elements is the ideal form, and our development capabilities and manufacturing technology aim to realize this ideal. With a clear development concept and solid development capabilities and manufacturing technology, we engage in unique product development and the exploration of original processing methods every day, continuously seeking deeper ideals in the limitless world of manufacturing for further growth and development.
Business Activities
We develop, manufacture, and sell in-house non-backlash transmission devices based on rolling contact. Our main products, the precision reduction gear "Ball Reducer," the trochoidal rack and pinion "TCG Runner," and the ball cam indexing "Pearldex," are globally patented products that leverage their characteristic of zero backlash to demonstrate performance in feeding and positioning mechanisms for manufacturing equipment of precision components, including semiconductors, LCDs, and robots. We sell not only to major domestic device manufacturers but also to countries around the world, including the United States, South Korea, and Taiwan.
