Harada Iron Works Co., Ltd. specializes in complex machining of small precision parts (Φ42 or less) such as hydraulic equipment components, air tool parts, defense equipment components, and medical device parts. Regardless of material, we can handle high-hardness products and achieve high-difficulty, high-precision machining through simultaneous multi-axis processing with B-axis and C-axis, as well as finishing with ultra-precision NC lathes with a specification of 0.1μm. We also provide mirror finishing (Rz0.2 or less) through turning processes without the use of polishing or lapping. Additionally, we have established a robust quality control system and a comprehensive inspection framework.
