Visualizing hot melt usage - Efficient adhesive management without waste using AMS

In packaging engineering, managing the usage of hot melt adhesives is a key factor in cost reduction and efficiency improvement. However, accurately grasping the consumption and usage status of adhesives has been challenging, leading to cases of waste and excessive use. By introducing Robatech's AMS (Adhesive Measuring System), the usage of hot melt adhesives can be visualized in real-time. This allows for an accurate understanding of consumption on a per-line basis and enables optimal management of adhesives. Through visualization, it contributes to reducing waste, ensuring proper usage, and early detection of abnormal consumption patterns, thereby preventing troubles and defects, and stabilizing production. There are two types: the "Piston Pump Measurement Type" and the "Gear Measurement Type," with the Piston Pump Measurement Type being easily implementable in the "Vision" tank.
