Rigal Joint Co., Ltd. is a company based in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, that proposes automatic control systems utilizing IoT and robotics technology, based on flow meters for fluid equipment. Since its establishment in 1974, it has contributed to the efficiency of "measurement" and "management" in manufacturing sites. Our strength lies in our technical ability to build automatic control management systems by utilizing data obtained from flow meters for cooling water, combining electronic control boards, communication devices, and the cloud. This enables the automation of manual measurement and adjustment tasks, preventing system downtime on production lines and achieving centralized data management. In particular, our automatic control system for the manifold distributing cooling water, "World Manifold Keeper," is actively developed in collaboration with partner companies. Additionally, we are also engaged in an automatic marking system using dual-arm robots, which automates the marking process in lot management for fitting manufacturing, contributing to reduced labor costs and stabilized quality.
