The resin spray nozzles have excellent chemical resistance, allowing for safe use with liquids that are prone to corrosion in metals, such as acids, alkalis, and solvents. Additionally, their lightweight design reduces the burden on equipment and eases the installation and replacement process. Furthermore, they offer cost savings compared to metal options. Available materials include PP, PPS, PVC, PVDF, and PTFE, with a range of products including fan-shaped spray nozzles, full cone spray nozzles, and liquid injection nozzles. The "VVP" series fan-shaped spray nozzles are designed for the most uniform flow distribution when arranged in multiple configurations. The "JJXP," "JJRP," "BBXP," and "SSXP" series full cone spray nozzles are designed to minimize clogging. The "IN" series allows for quick attachment and detachment of the nozzle tip to the adapter, significantly reducing maintenance time. The "AJP" series features an angle type that sprays at a right angle to the liquid flow inlet.
