Seamless continuous molded spiral
Kyoto Spa manufactures the screws (also known as spirals or blades) of screw conveyors that transport powders and granules using a "continuous forming" method (patented). While conventional screws are made by welding cut steel plates together, our continuous forming method eliminates any welded joints. As a result, the surface of the screw is smooth, and there are fewer processes after welding, allowing for reduced lead times and cost savings. Additionally, we can accommodate a variety of specifications, including inner and outer diameters, pitch, and materials, and we respond broadly to customer requests from prototype to mass production.
