A simple measure is to attach a micro-nano bubble shower head to the shower hose!
By simply converting the showerhead into micro-nano bubbles, the drainage pipes become less likely to clog, extending the time before they need to be replaced. However, theft of high-performance showerheads is frequently occurring in inns, hotels, public baths, sports gyms, saunas, and similar places. In particular, when a high-performance micro-nano bubble showerhead is introduced and its effects are promoted, it often piques interest and leads to increased theft. Shower rooms are private spaces, and the shower hose can be easily detached, making it simple to conceal the showerhead in personal belongings and take it outside. Additionally, large public baths cannot have security cameras installed, making it difficult to identify who took the showerhead. *For more detailed information, please refer to the PDF document. Our company has developed various devices that utilize microbubbles and nanobubbles (also known as fine bubbles and ultrafine bubbles), including showerheads and micro/nanobubble generators for washing machines that help reduce odors in clothing and remove dirt from behind the drum. Through a joint project involving four organizations, including the Tama Branch of the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center, Professor Ninomiya of the Nippon Institute of Technology, and our company, it has been confirmed that these bubbles are effective in reducing odors in grinding fluids, maintaining emulsion stability, improving workpiece precision, and extending tool life. Additionally, our micro/nanobubble generator adopts a cavitation method that generates bubbles using the air already contained in tap water. This helps prevent rust in the equipment, making it ideal for use with grinding and cutting fluids. Furthermore, the system can be adapted for use as an inline static mixer by incorporating gases such as nitrogen or carbon dioxide.
