By promoting heat conduction, the drill bit dissipates heat more easily, resulting in a longer lifespan!
Did you not have doubts about the longevity of drill blades for cutting and perforating with micro-nanobubbles? While it has been pointed out that micro-nanobubbles improve the cutting performance of drills due to their hydrophilicity and reduced surface tension, it turns out that there are significant effects from not just microbubbles, but also nanobubbles. As a result, there seem to be many voices expressing that the effects are not felt in generators with a lot of microbubbles and few nanobubbles (those that suck in air from the outside). *For more detailed information, you can view the PDF materials. Our company has developed various devices that utilize microbubbles and nanobubbles (also known as fine bubbles and ultrafine bubbles), including showerheads and micro/nanobubble generators for washing machines that help reduce odors in clothing and remove dirt from behind the drum. Through a joint project involving four organizations, including the Tama Branch of the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center, Professor Ninomiya of the Nippon Institute of Technology, and our company, it has been confirmed that these bubbles are effective in reducing odors in grinding fluids, maintaining emulsion stability, improving workpiece precision, and extending tool life. Additionally, our micro/nanobubble generator adopts a cavitation method that generates bubbles using the air already contained in tap water. This helps prevent rust in the equipment, making it ideal for use with grinding and cutting fluids. Furthermore, the system can be adapted for use as an inline static mixer by incorporating gases such as nitrogen or carbon dioxide.
