From prototyping to mass production, we flexibly accommodate small-batch production of various types.
Our SMD assembly line is structured around printers, mount machines, and reflow ovens, and we have established a system that can flexibly accommodate a wide variety of low-volume production, from prototypes to mass production. The production capacity per day is up to approximately 70,000 assembled chip components. We can efficiently handle projects ranging from small lot prototypes to medium lot mass production. In addition to SMD board assembly, we also provide in-house support for soldering of added components, lead wire processing, and assembly into cases. Please feel free to consult with us first.
