Our company has been involved in the design of electronic devices that require high reliability, such as automotive control systems, in-vehicle battery chargers, and seismometers. We have established various CAD environments necessary for hardware design, allowing us to meet a wide range of design needs. Additionally, in embedded software development, we have experience in various programming languages, enabling us to provide support from both hardware and software perspectives. From prototype design to mass production design, we offer flexible design support tailored to our customers' requests, along with manufacturing support for products. • Circuit board design and manufacturing

Our company uses an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machine to verify the soldering condition and the accuracy of component placement on SMD circuit boards. If any defects are found, we analyze the causes of the issues at a microscopic level using digital microscopes and X-ray inspection equipment. The results of this analysis are quickly fed back into the production process, contributing to quality improvement and prevention of recurrence. This establishes a system that continuously ensures high quality and reliability.

• EMS

Our SMD assembly line is structured around printers, mount machines, and reflow ovens, and we have established a system that can flexibly accommodate a wide variety of low-volume production, from prototypes to mass production. The production capacity per day is up to approximately 70,000 assembled chip components. We can efficiently handle projects ranging from small lot prototypes to medium lot mass production. In addition to SMD board assembly, we also provide in-house support for soldering of added components, lead wire processing, and assembly into cases. Please feel free to consult with us first.
