The "BIM/TF/SLNB" series achieves cooling efficiency and uniform, rapid air blowing, while the "Cool Mist System" provides low-cost explosion-proof humidification within factories.
In the extrusion process after heating, we provide guidance on preventing rubber degradation due to heat immediately after extrusion, air blowing after cooling, and explosion-proof humidification in the factory and gasoline cement house (solvent storage room). The "BIM" series excels in uniform spraying and can rapidly and uniformly cool products after heating, contributing to quality improvement. If you use pure water to prevent impurities in the cooling water, we recommend the "AKIMiz" series, and for the use of circulating water, the auto-strainer "ARS" series, which automatically cleans the filter, reducing maintenance time and effort. The "TF-PF" and "SLNB" series are air nozzles of long type and slit type, respectively. During water removal after cooling, they spray air uniformly and powerfully, allowing for drying without gaps or unevenness. The "Cool Mist System" is a system that cools indoor spaces using a single fluid spray nozzle, enabling explosion-proof humidification and cooling in the factory and gasoline cement house (solvent storage room) while keeping costs down. *We also have a wide range of other spray nozzles available.
