Compact 3D Printer "G-ZERO"

Gutenberg Co., Ltd. has had the following research project accepted in the "Leading Research Program" publicly solicited by the National Research and Development Agency, New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO). We will work on this project to advance 3D printing technology for resin parts in the rapidly developing robotics industry. Research and Development Topic: Construction of innovative actuators and other technologies that contribute to the utilization of robotics in coexisting environments with humans, including living spaces. Research Theme: Research and development of ultra-lightweight robots made of resin through fused deposition modeling. 14:00～14:40 【C04】 Domestic FFF 3D Printer "G-ZERO Series" and POTICON Filament We will introduce the 3D printer "G-ZERO Series" from Gutenberg Co., Ltd. In addition to the existing compact model "G-ZERO" and the large model "G-ZERO L1," we announced the "G-ZERO MP1" in 2025, which is compatible with Otsuka Chemical's POTICON PEEK filament. The "G-ZERO MP1" achieves high-strength and fine (thin nozzle, thin layer) PEEK molding, which has been a challenge until now, with a fast and compact device. Leveraging the excellent properties of POTICON filament, which contains potassium titanate fibers (TISOMO), the "G-ZERO Series" makes the impossible possible.
