The "INVV-SS/INV" series is a spray nozzle that allows for easy replacement of the nozzle part. It facilitates a large number of nozzle replacements and reduces maintenance time.
In the surface treatment process of cold-rolled steel sheets, numerous nozzles are used, and during regular maintenance, it is necessary to remove the header for cleaning, replacement, and readjustment, which requires significant effort and time for maintenance. The "INVV-SS" series consists of an adapter part that remains in the piping and a detachable nozzle part, allowing for easy replacement of only the clogged nozzle part, effectively solving the aforementioned problem. Additionally, the nozzle part features a knurled structure that allows for attachment and detachment without tools, eliminating the need to readjust the spray angle during installation, thus significantly reducing the maintenance burden on-site. The spray nozzle has a heat resistance of 150 degrees, making it suitable for use even under high temperatures that would be impossible for resin materials. *We also offer a wide range of other spray nozzles.
