High-reliability RF spring contact and reflow nut
Esmarks Corporation develops and sells RF spring contacts and reflow nut products under its original brand "SMARX" within the TPS Group. With the "SMARX Contact," which combines excellent high-frequency performance and high-reliability connection characteristics, and the "SMARX Reflow Nut," which enhances the design flexibility of circuit boards, we solve customer challenges and contribute to product performance improvement. ◇SMARX Contact This is a component that performs electrical connections between circuit boards or between a circuit board and a housing. There are series with a projected area of less than 1mm², allowing connections from a minimum height of 0.5mm between circuit boards. ◇SMARX Reflow Nut This product is designed to mount a nut on the surface of a circuit board. As a non-through type, it eliminates the need to drill holes in the circuit board, enhancing design flexibility. Despite its small size, it secures more than three threads, boasting high screw strength. Custom specifications for small lots are also available.

【SMARX Contact Series】 CFC Series: Designed with a mounting area of 1.2mm x 1.2mm, it is one of the smallest in the world. It features a wide range of motion, strong resistance to external forces, and two spring structures that are also resistant to micro-sliding wear. CFS Series: With an even smaller mounting area (0.6mm x 1.6mm) than the CFC series, it is suitable for tighter spaces. CFO Series: This is the standard product of SMARX contact, offering a rich lineup that accommodates various heights. The patented internal contacts reduce reflections of high-frequency signals and induced noise, contributing to high quality and stable operation. CFV Series, CFW Series: These products can connect to a 90° surface with side contacts. CFW is based on CFO, while CFV is a new concept product that achieves side connection with a smaller projected area.
