This holder is designed to remove thick parts where deburring is difficult, such as gates, dams, and membrane burrs in cast products like aluminum die casts. By using cutting tools such as end mills, the processing efficiency of the pre-deburring operation is significantly improved. ● Uses reliable ER16 high-precision collet conforming to DIN/ISO standards! The collet that holds the cutting tool uses the ER16 collet conforming to the world standard DIN6499/ISO15488. In addition to the included φ6 collet, by using separately sold collets, it can accommodate cutting tools with shank diameters from φ0.5 to φ10. ● Maximum rotational speed of 20,000 min⁻¹ In accordance with the rotational speed of the SFT35-HiSP-QC type, the usable rotational speed ranges from 1,000 to 20,000 min⁻¹. ● Ensures high holding power with unique dual-surface clamping QCT35 shank The combination of a weak taper and a wide flange surface provides strong resistance to lateral forces, and the pulling force of the QCT35 shank is constantly maintained at 2 tons.
