Processing example of Naflon PTFE low creep gasket blended with silica!
We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a JIS pipe flange gasket (nominal diameter 2K-650A) in RF (Raised Face) shape from Naflon PTFE low creep gasket "TOMBO No.9007-LC" (thickness 3mm) based on the customer's specifications. Using our plotter processing, we precisely processed it directly from CAD data. Although it was a single request for a large diameter, we were able to deliver it quickly with a beautiful finish without burrs, as no die was needed. 【Features of Plotter Processing】 ■ Cost reduction without the need for a die ■ Supports small lot production from one piece ■ Beautiful finish without burrs ■ Easy repeat orders with data storage *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
