Cutting plotter test cut (donut-shaped A-8 with tape)

We have introduced a cutting plotter in our company. We plan to enhance our proficiency by the end of October and to start full-scale operations thereafter. - Amplitude adjustable between 3 to 5mm (fixed), vibration rotation speed adjustable from 0 to 8000 RPM depending on the material - Automatic control of speed, rotation, and height adjustments - Blade durability increased several times through research on amplitude, rotation speed, and mat materials - Two types available: vertical and flat, allowing for efficient use of workspace - Equipped with various sensors for multiple safety measures - Capable of cutting materials from film to 100mm thick, adaptable to various industries - Pressure in the X and Y directions can be adjusted With this introduction, we can achieve more flexible responses to prototype production and small quantity cuts. We have been processing various materials such as urethane and rubber, but in the future, we will also be able to cut materials like cardboard, plastic corrugated sheets, triple-layer cardboard, laminated cardboard, and honeycomb, enabling us to provide technical and price benefits to our customers. We will provide more detailed information once the preparation for the introduction is complete, so for now, this is a report on the introduction.
