■ Processing Results This is a part from a project that was originally handled with punching processing. Stable shape reproduction has been achieved with a cutting plotter. Due to the tape layer, there is slightly more resistance on the blade, resulting in minor burrs and fuzz on the release paper side, but there are no burrs on the product itself, which can be considered a success. By properly adjusting the cutting pressure, the contour accuracy has been well maintained. Overall, it has been confirmed that even with a thickness of 20t, the processability is good. ■ Future Actions To mitigate the effects of the tape layer, fine adjustments to cutting pressure and speed are planned. We will conduct re-testing under multiple conditions to identify the settings that yield the cleanest cross-section with the Eptsealer. We also plan to verify the stability of precision during long cuts. ■ Overall Evaluation The Eptsealer 20t (with tape) can be processed with a cutting plotter, and the finish is generally good. We concluded that with future adjustments, stable cutting quality at the mass production level can be expected.
