■Tepex dynalite This grade is completely impregnated and integrated, with all fibers coated in resin, leaving no voids inside. As a result, it achieves high strength and rigidity, as well as low density and excellent dynamic properties. ■Tepex flowcore Utilizing finite lengths of glass fibers or carbon fibers, it enables compression molding that enhances design flexibility. It forms fiber composites with high bending strength, supporting the molding of complex parts. ■Tepex semipreg In contrast to Tepex dynalite, the materials in the semipreg family are not fully integrated. Therefore, mechanical durability is lower. As a result, lower density and modified acoustic properties can be achieved at the specified material thickness. In applications where the dominant properties required are not provided by the rigidity-driven dynalite, semipreg can be a promising alternative. ■Tepex ballistic protection Tepex ballistic protection materials, made with aramid fibers, are used in protective products such as helmets, vehicle armor, and other protective gear.
