Its high strength-to-weight and stiffness-to-weight ratios enable metal replacement, achieving both lightweight design and high rigidity. Fast thermoforming allows short cycle times suitable for mass production. Combined with overmolding, Tepex enables functional integration and part count reduction. Fiber orientation can be tailored to load paths, delivering excellent impact and fatigue performance. Widely proven in automotive, industrial, and sports applications. As a thermoplastic material, Tepex is recyclable and supports sustainable product design.
