The cleanliness of the cheese production line and the issue of raw material loss have dramatically improved!
This is an interview case study of a dairy product manufacturer that switched from stainless steel piping to PFA sanitary piping. We achieved improvements in the long-standing issue of "cleanability of piping" in cheese production with piping fittings made of fluororesin (PFA). At MONOVATE, we propose a fully customized specification that perfectly fits the manufacturing line, including: - Changing the long piping sections to SUS material at the heel section to ensure strength - Using reducers at the connection points of different diameter pipes We have received feedback such as "the issue of raw material loss has dramatically improved" and "there's no going back to the previous piping."
