With the intermittent air blown from standard air nozzles or air knives, large water droplets can be removed, but due to the influence of "surface tension," droplets smaller than 1mm cannot be blown away; they can only be moved. Therefore, no matter how strong the air blow is, surface tension continues to act, preventing droplets smaller than 1mm from being blown away, making it impossible to completely dry the workpiece. To completely eliminate these small droplets of less than 1mm, it is necessary and important to change the "quality" of the air. Our "Air Screw Nozzle" processes the air into cut air within the nozzle. The "popping" cut air is expelled. This cut air generates several times the force of the normally blown intermittent air (patented).
