Its main components are flower color glycosides such as delphinidin and pelargonidin, and it is provided as a dark purple powder. It easily dissolves in aqueous and ethanol solutions and shows stable coloration under acidic conditions. Under neutral conditions, it appears blue, while under alkaline conditions, it appears green, with color variations depending on pH. We own contract cultivation bases equivalent to approximately 60,000 mu, ensuring no pesticide use, contamination management, and thorough variety selection. This allows us to stably supply high-quality grape skins from the raw material stage.
