This product "Gardenia Yellow" is a natural food coloring extracted and refined from the fruit of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. The main coloring component is yellow flavonoids, and the product is in a powder form ranging from yellow to brownish-yellow, soluble in water and ethanol solutions. It is insoluble in acetone and fats. The product has a unique aroma and flavor characteristic of gardenia, possesses vivid and strong coloring power, and exhibits excellent light and heat resistance. Under acidic conditions, the color of the aqueous solution remains stable, showing minimal color change during food processing.
