"DeepInspect" is a next-generation AI visual inspection system that can generate high-precision models in a short time from fewer than 200 good quality images. It consolidates various inspection functions into one machine, including surface defect detection, dimensional measurement, character recognition, and confirmation of the presence of parts. It also flexibly accommodates product changes and additions to inspection items. It detects fine defects in the range of 100 to 200 microns with a low false detection rate of less than 0.5%, achieving both accuracy and speed even on high-speed lines exceeding 1,000 points per minute.
