"MEOX" is an inorganic complex salt that uses potassium monopersulfate as an oxidizing agent. It was devised to achieve a high-quality surface condition without smut formation on copper and copper alloy materials. It is a powder of acidic peroxides, and by adding sulfuric acid or phosphoric acid to this aqueous solution, a micro-etching solution is created.
