This lecture will first introduce the development trends and technical challenges of sulfide-based all-solid-state batteries, which are mainstream in automotive applications. Following that, it will provide a detailed explanation of the potential and challenges of oxide-based all-solid-state batteries in extreme environments and stationary power storage applications. Through a comparison of both material systems, the differences in application areas and development strategies will be clarified, along with an overview of trends in support measures from ceramic companies and the government.
