No program is needed for teaching tasks! A new painting robot that builds teaching programs by copying both motion and trajectory while painting.
The "Lesta LEBOT MV A6," a painting robot specialized in coatings developed in Italy, the country of craftsmanship, is capable of handling all types of spray painting, including powder coating, solvent-based, and water-based paints. As a result, anyone with knowledge of these painting techniques can easily perform teaching tasks with this first-ever painting robot in Japan. The main attraction of this painting robot is its ability to instantly reproduce painting trajectories copied in real-time. This feature is made possible by the unique "self-learning" technology, which allows it to learn and reproduce not only the painting trajectory but also the ON and OFF actions of paint discharge. With this functionality, the programming skills that were previously necessary are no longer required. Additionally, unlike painting robots that adopt the "direct teaching" method available domestically, during the teaching process, the power and joints are completely disconnected. Therefore, in a lightweight state that does not convey the weight of the arm, it allows operators to conduct teaching tasks without interference, making it the first painting robot of its kind in Japan.

Since its establishment in 1958, the company has focused on industrial paints and fine chemical products. In 1964, it established Minami-Shin Custom Co., Ltd. (now CC-G Co., Ltd.) as a research factory, where it accumulated knowledge and built expertise in specialized areas by using its own products. This accumulated know-how has been recognized, leading to an expansion of the market throughout Nagano Prefecture, while simultaneously, customer requests have become increasingly diverse. The fine chemical sector, including industrial chemicals and chemical products, has evolved to include high-tech materials such as electronic materials, as well as efficient production and recycling systems to handle them. The establishment of a consistent supply system for hazardous and highly toxic materials, as well as the addition of functions for paint color matching, has also been driven by customer needs. Additionally, in response to requests from local customers, the company has ventured into construction fields utilizing chemical methods and chemical construction materials, demonstrating an advisory function from a comprehensive perspective that differs from traditional trading companies.
