We would like to introduce a case of a mini car made from a sheet metal measuring just 35mm × 78mm × 23mm, produced using the newly introduced robot vendor "FDB6013" by Sato Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The mini car was created by bending SECC material, which is only 1mm thick, 18 times. Thanks to advanced precision processing technology, the details of the car body were faithfully reproduced. Despite its complex shape, it achieved high dimensional accuracy and a beautiful finish. Additionally, the newly introduced bending robot system "FDB6013" is a device specialized for the production of small products.
