Practical application in the field of environmental radiation measurement! Compatible with various sizes, shapes, and surface treatments.
We would like to introduce a case of manufacturing a "NaI(Tl) radiation detector for treated water" as a residual radiation detection device for the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant's treated water. The contaminated water, such as water used to cool fuel debris, contains radioactive materials, and the treated water that has been purified using multi-nuclide removal systems (ALPS) still contains tritium and other radioactive substances. It has become urgent to evaluate whether the residual radiation levels after subsequent secondary treatment meet the regulatory standards for treated water and the standards of countries that allow ocean release. We began developing and manufacturing this product in 2018 and have delivered a total of eight units by 2024. **Features of the NaI(Tl) Radiation Detector for Treated Water:** - A proven track record of trust and reliability in the field of environmental radiation measurement - Flexible response to customer needs and provision of suitable technology - Capability for small-lot production of various types - Strengthened immediate delivery system for special specifications and proven results - Support for consistent manufacturing from NaI(Tl) crystals to signal measuring instruments *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

I.S.C.Lab. Co., Ltd. is a venture company that develops and manufactures sodium iodide crystals and cesium iodide crystals, which are key components of radiation detectors. The large cesium iodide crystals currently under development are being applied in radiation measurement devices for use in food and other areas. Additionally, the technology for ultra-purification and scaling up of sodium iodide crystals that our company is developing is expected to be applied in the detection of cosmic dark matter, which has previously been considered impossible to detect.
