☆Seal tape winding defect measures and efficiency improvement for assembly work with pre-coated screw fittings!! <Product Overview> Pre-coated screw fittings are processed with a sealant applied to the PT screw part in advance using the dedicated application machine TC-216. They can be stored long-term like regular stock items and can be brought to the site in the required quantity, ready to be tightened. Since the sealant is fluororesin-based, it can be used with various fluids. *Please consult us when considering, as there may be cases where use is difficult depending on the operating environment. ☆We are conducting a free processing campaign. We will provide free processing (seal processing of supplied items) for up to 10 fittings (external screw sizes from 1/16 to 2 1/2) that you would like to try. *If you wish for more than 10, please consult us separately. To apply, please fill out the necessary information on the attached application form and send it via FAX or email (info3@taiheikasei.co.jp). *We will return it approximately 2 to 3 weeks after your request. Campaign period: From January 19, 2025, to February 28, 2025. *The campaign will end once we reach the first 50 applicants.

Processable Materials: Metals, non-ferrous metals, plated items, resin-related (PVC, etc. Some materials may be difficult to process) Processing Steps: Degreasing (for items with rust prevention oil), coating with the dedicated coating machine TC-216, natural drying for 2 to 3 hours, cooling, rust prevention (rust prevention oil is required for certain items) <Adopted Patterns> - We will hold your supplied items, perform seal processing, and return them (approximately 2 weeks) - Purchase processed items that have been sealed by our company. *For non-stock items, please consult separately. - Purchase the dedicated coating machine TC-216 for in-house production (regularly purchase sealant and perform seal processing yourself)
