The spiral wound gasket is a high-performance semi-metallic gasket rationally designed for high temperature and high pressure applications!
We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured three "D1000 spiral gaskets (basic type)" (thickness 4.5mm, φ65×φ51) as high-temperature and high-pressure gaskets based on the customer's specifications. A metal hoop with a V-shaped cross-section and a sealing material filler (such as expanded graphite) were precisely wound into a spiral shape using a dedicated winding machine, and the start and end points were securely fixed with spot welding. Our company specializes in the production of spiral gaskets, which are essential for high-temperature and high-pressure steam lines and process lines. We can accommodate a wide range of requests, from small lot orders to consultations on special materials and dimensions. Please feel free to contact us.
