Detecting unused safety block. Harness alert compatible with safety block model.
[YKC Amulet] Harness Alert Safety Block Compatible Model
A safety management system that automatically detects "forgotten hook attachment" during high-altitude work and alerts users with an alarm when not in use.
In high-altitude work, the reliable use of safety blocks is required, but human errors such as forgetting to hook can lead to accidents on site. This product, "Harness Alert - Safety Block Compatible Model," is a usage detection system that can be retrofitted to safety blocks. It automatically detects the user's usage status with a magnetic sensor and issues an alarm to raise awareness when not in use. Furthermore, by using it in conjunction with "Harness Alert," it is possible to centrally manage the usage status of full harness-type safety belts and safety blocks. This product enables accident prevention through a system that does not rely on verbal reminders or visual checks for safety confirmation. ◇Features ■ Easy retrofitting When combined with an area setting machine, it can be implemented simply by attaching a magnet to your existing safety block and having the worker carry a tag. ■ Reliable detection with magnetic sensors The usage status of the safety block is detected by the tag's magnetic sensor, automatically determining when the hook is not in use. ■ Alarm for awareness when not in use If the safety block is not in use within a danger area, an alarm will activate, prompting the worker to ensure the proper use of the safety block. ■ Lightweight and compact design Both the tag case and magnet are designed to be approximately 20g, reducing the burden on the worker.
